In order for us to process your return/exchange
you must:
1. Email for an RAM number.
If we do not receive the item within 14 days of
issuing an RMA the item will be returned to you at YOUR cost and no refund
given.
2. All tags MUST still be attached to the item or the item
will be returned to you at YOUR cost and no refund given.
3. Send the completed form along with the item.
